I left her latest e-mail on your other poem. I thought you would get a kick out of which direction she landed in after your kick. lol. ah, great poem, naturally. now i was wondering, one cook to another...trout? what cheese and what wine goes with a nice 9 lb filet of german brown? sharp cheddar and chardonay, of course, but what would be your choice? In case... you know... you stopped by for dinner.
