Solitary confinement is a motherfucker.count the divets in the floor it will help...when they give you a plastic spoon to eat your salad...laugh and say thankpoo..when they give you a match stick to shave with...shave..look nicer than they would have expected..smile..be polite..but put it all down when you write.expose their lack of awareness. they wont be able to stop you. they won't even notice.to busy preening and flexingy
