Honest question: Does saying you are not liable for malcontent actually protect you from liability? Is it, in fact, understood that, after reading your disclaimer, I continue at my own risk?
I know nothing of that kind of lawyerly talk, and so I am constantly being poked, rash-covered, burned, and given cancer by things I probably should have the sense to avoid. Your response could help me to substantially increase the quality of my life; that is, if I didn't already have cancer from eating McDonald's apple pies.

I have a funny feeling you started writing this as a non-rhyming poem and ended up by just making amateurish couplets, which makes this poem the epitome of hackness times two for being inconsistent. If you actually did mean for 'blows' to rhyme with 'clothes', 'mind' to go with 'wine', and 'lie' and 'night' to have some association, then please ignore pretty much all of the foregoing and congratulations on some really clever writing. Oh, and this poem could really benefit from being properly punctuated and capitalized and from having some cliches (like the last line) de-cliched.

Well, its not bad, but it isn't something that gets my juices boilin either.. the moment conveyed might be the problem, or.. ah whatever. It is worthy of my vile score of seven in any case.

I think what this poeme needs is some arbitrary line breaks. If I may:-
She talks quietly with
the elderly couple,
seeming healthy except
for her rubberized hands:
Small bendable fingers,
look alikes,
no fancy prosthetics,
stainless hooks, or
muscle triggers.
It took both of her hands
to manouevre, the fork
just to pick
a single beet slice.
I paid my bill
and walked outside
to a father
teaching his son
how to skip stones
across the pond.
