I suppose .....this.... is all a girl wants, really, a picture of johnny depp was on the front page of her diary slight frame enshrouded in modest designer button-down holding back worlds of tenderness the first three undone, hair set to tousle, hips invisible like the ghost-image that ties their tired heads together dizzied over by their dream calling, pursed piece of tender lips all the girls want.

Once I got past your name I could almost read the poem objectively.

"a picture" can go, along with the hips allusion. The ending seems a little too abrupt - or trite.

Interested to see the rewrite.
