If life evolves unendingly, Throughout all space and time, Surely somewhere must exist, An endless type of mind.

That depends on whether you assume God to be alive or not, because if you do, you also assume that He had to begin and at some point, end. This would mean He is not timeless and you raise all sorts of philosophical questions that I can't be bothered to discuss right now.
