Slice open my body And tear out my heart You have already Torn out my heart Ground my bloody corpse Into the dirt Since I’m already dead I know it won’t hurt My entire heart and soul Belonged to you And you just left me alone Like I knew you would do Ever since the day I proclaimed my love You treated me like I was an old torn up glove Never once did you Really care about me You were the one who pushed Me off the cliff into the sea

I would change the first two lines a little.
I'd write something like

"I'd tell you to slice open my body
and tear out my heart,
but you already have."
