Celebrity Annual Pass holders with a general parking pass wanting preferred, only need pay the difference between general parking and preferred parking. In this case the difference is $7.00 to upgrade to preferred. General Parking Cost is $10.00 for an unlimited period of time. Located at the top of Universal Studios Boulevard and Universal Hollywood Drive. Jurassic Parking, level 1 is preferred parking and reserved for CityWalk Guests. No overnight parking.
