The room is spinning I’m feeling faint I only hope that It’s not too late My heart is pounding Against my ribs The pain is bad I hope it doesn’t give The world is loosing It’s hold on me My strength is failing It’s hard to breathe My mind is a blur Sound is fading fast The light is leaving It doesn’t seem to last My eyes are closing My feeling is gone I can’t leave I’m not done yet The pain is growing I start to cry The fear is rising I don’t want to die I feel so cold They say I’m so warm How can that be My mind is torn They ask me questions I can barely speak I have lost control I’m so weak My hear is slowing My eyes begin to close If I’ll wake up Nobody knows

Is this about having a heart attack? Shorten it to about half the length and you might have something.
