I think that the strongest people from Maryland should tie ropes around their arms and the strongest people from Virginia should tie ropes around their legs... take them in the middle of the widest part of the potomac river... and hve themselves a lil tug-o-war... whoever gets them to their side, gets to try them. How does that sound? :o)
