If this is love: it's being hurt and choking on my tears. If this is love: it's pain as your voice echos in my ears. If this is love: it's feeling sad and losing all my dreams. If this is love: it's like my heart is ripping at the seams. If this is love: it's without hope, not knowing what to do. If this is love: it's living life, unaware of what is true. I close my eyes, unprepared to face another day. My parting words: 'I love you' as I watched him walk away.

Really a poem true to the poet. I do believe that ellipses would have served the purpse better than colons, but all in all a solid testimony. *9*
