Why does Dark Angel always sound as if he's being sarcastic?
god'swife on some deleted poem 4 Sep 2002, 11:03 PM
Catamitis, you've made a mistake in the last line. It's 'I'll...' (your welcome). Also it's not biege darling, I told you, It's Navajo White. i love you but objectivity dictates a 5.

But you jabber just as much, eh?

This poem is really great! I can relate to this perfectly! Don't let anyone tell you this poem is horrible!
poetandknowit on some deleted poem 4 Sep 2002, 11:00 PM
Oh god, it is the same spiel. Are you sure you are not one of the same, like minds and all that crap..."ooh I cannot write worth a shite, but I do possess superior knowledge when it comes to poetry and therefore I can be the ultimate judge of what is "great" and what is not." Your comment regarding the other poem showed you really are the cad, because frankly you don't you what the hell you are talking about. And you sound like an idiot in the meantime. But whatever. You and DA can have your little "oh we are so cool and goth and highly skilled in the art of esoteric nonsense clique."

Mixed metaphors. I'm in the ring fighting for compassion and the next thing I know it's threating to rain and I'm tied to a horse. 'some get it, some don't you will or you won't.' Is sophmoric, unneccesary and detracts from the sermon.

Took me a couple of readings to understand. If you make the line break at more, the pause would help comunicate the thought.

Much better.I like it peculiarly!

Tormentedsoul718, I'd ream you a hole but there's no need for debate. It's plain to see you're an inadequate fake. Go forever pretending that this isn't you, but please straighten your costume, your mask's all askew.

Zeezee, Feathers sounds to fluffy for these poultry, but please keep trying. Thank you.

Look, let's get one thing straight. You tell me that I am immature and crap-spouting - yet you attempt to strengthen your case by swearing and laughing. If you really wish to argue with me, then argue sensibly; otherwise, I cannot have any respect for your position. And as regards your attempt to put me down: no, I am not a poetry critic, but it would take someone far less than me to realise that what people write on this site isn't Byron.

Christof, I have to admit that after writing that about 'limits' I realised it was bull; but I don't think it takes away from my original point.

i believe it is his raison d'etre.
-=Dark_Angel=-, P.I. on some deleted poem 5 Sep 2002, 2:04 AM
Yeah beakism! Stop trying to force us to play by your rules! Why do you feel you have to cage our beautiful imaginations? The Sky is the Limit!
Christof on some deleted poem 5 Sep 2002, 1:10 AM
Write within their limits/ What are you talking about? Without ambition or at least trying to do better we'd get nowhere. We'd still be sitting in caves grunting arhythmically. And what limits are these anyway? Don't be so stunted.

god'swife on some deleted poem 4 Sep 2002, 10:49 PM
My dear Catamitus,(that's my new pet name for you -=Dark_Angel=-)nothing pleases this old girl more then our delicious tete a tetes. You misunderstand,my darling imbecile, I am neither compelled nor inclined to defend justice. I simply love a good confrontation now and again. It's good for my complexion. As for my sense of satisfaction, now that I have you to rankle, life is bliss. slice slice...chop chop... kiss kiss.
