this is my first poem and i think it is a very good one. i know that is not very modest, but the neither is johnny dowd...or tom waits for that matter. now i know i'm no tom waits...but i aam the codeine kid!

this is more a song than a poem...to be read aloud in the style of dylan's homesick blues...there's no big or clever words or word play but it kinda...SKANKS

i love the narcotic...robotic (ally) bit. full marks for even thinking you could get away with it. and also the line about "emotions welling" most people would have gone on to rhyme it with "penis swelling" or summat but no...you lead us astray ther reign us back in with "she put her hands across my mouth to try and stop me yelling" genius!keep up the squiggling and squirming!!!
