What can I say about you Everything under the sun and then some Though you'll never catch me Saying anything that I wouldn't say to your face The words I might use to describe you would be a blurb And a thousand less than what you deserve You're always smiling despite the rain The sun just makes you come alive again Even though we're both kings of the night You'll wake up and beam bright I'll reach out my hand before the phone rings And you'll be inviting me along At times I feel like your shadow The two extra hands and feet That sometimes we both know you have The little voice of reminder That you need to regain focus You don't get angry over the little things And the big ones you rip down You're a master behind the wheel of destiny Steering legends upon their course And all I can say is thank you For being you, and just knowing I've never had a problem that you couldn't kill Or an illness you couldn't cure You are my rock The foundation of so much of what I am
