Very good. Love the wording... understood it all to well. Showed how what you want sometimes isn't what you keep wanting after you've got your wish.

Interesting metaphore... but it works... thats what poetry is all about... making that which often doesn't work find a way to work.

A gay on rainbow bumper stickers.
There are a few typos here, and no potstickers. Wonton soup is good with spicy hot cabbage.
Caducus on An Angel's Caress by Southern_Bell 25 Jul 2003, 3:54 AM
A suggestion if i may re: line 2 (soft feathers of wings) the 'of wings' part is not really needed as we would associate that they come from wings, also the 'above' we know angels come from above (and below depending on the orgin of the angel). Its not bad and reads well but the words are simply there to suit nothing but the rhyme scheme. vote:5
Caducus on Taurus women and the pride by Shardik 25 Jul 2003, 3:56 AM

This is better and tells me all i need. I would amiably recommend a more universal subject like love, loss, happiness, themes that are more accessible but welcome to p/r

Another great poem... I like it :) I enjoy reading poems about subjects that are new... well new to me. Ones I've never seen wrote about before. *acts like he's on xanga* PROPS MAD PROPS :P

Interesting form.. but it says what you wanted it to. Those who know you will understand, and some who don't. But with your subject and meaning I'm in total agreence. Not sure I spelled that right...hehe

Damn! You tell um how it is girl! Kinda reminded me of "This is the song that never ends, it goes on and on my friends, someone started singing it not knowing what it was and they'll continue singing it forever just before... This is the song that never ends..." But it made me laugh and see your point... again good job :)

I like "when it is 3am and stereotypes gather" but could do without the "niggers, chiggers, wiggers, and spics", it could end with "they are goddessses".
Who's looking for love/sex on poemranker anyway? If they are, then they know what they are getting into, a harsh "4" for the unnecessary warning.

It is hard for us old folks' eyes to focus when we have to keep scrolling down because the lines are so far apart. Maybe a one line space between would do.
LMMFAOROFL!!! Worth a -10- or a young virgin sex slave from black markets of China. The -10- was easier to gift wrap so here.

the line spacing here is awkward. run spell check. if you're going to use a made-up word, justify it, dammit! POEMS DON'T NEED TO RHYME!!! other than that, good try!
