Only if as your premise you accept that opinions can be right or wrong.
Re: "Is anyone really going to be able to prove you wrong?"
You've confused the idea that some people will refuse to give up their opinions with the idea that all opinions are equally valid. Some people refuse to eat anything but Ham-burgers, but that doesn't make all diets equally healthy.
Given that you have now established that I hold contradictory opinions, you have proved that I must have at least one wrong opinion. Therefore opinions can be wrong, and moreover it can be proven that wrong opinions exist. So your opinion that opinions are neither wrong nor right (c.f 'So as far as a wrong or right opinion, it does not exist') has just been exposed as the most devastatingly wrong opinion of all. I'm so sorry.
Yes, he did.
I think Manly P Halls book "The Secret Teachings Of All Ages". Will prove you to be horribly misinformed. And he's a Mason, go figure.
Great flow of words..
Reading back on that, some of your opinions are wrong, and some are right. But if that is what you think, is anyone really going to be able to prove you wrong? Read what you wrote in your first comment..."Opinions are everything, and there really is no such thing as a wrong opinion."...so now you are a hypocrite? I love stupid people.....
Well I am definitely so sad that I lost points because of your opinion. Definitely not between those ages. And in my OPINION those are facts, not opinions. They are statements that can be proved true or false. Your opinion on my poem is not something that you can prove true or false. It is what you believe. But if you happen to believe those opinions that "2+2=8", "Dogs have no bum", and "water is wet", well then I suppose that you are entitled to your opinion, although I am sure that everyone can prove you wrong and everyone will think you are stupid!
I suppose I could, but this conveys the meaning that I want it to have (to me anyway). Its a song and is not really complete w/o the music. I feel that its good as is and don't feel the need to change it. Thanks for the comment though. It has to progress and I feel that it did. You must understand that the whole part about the moon exploding is drug induced in addition to metaphor. The rest is simply, as I said, progression as I see it.
Actually this is the original (+ extra stanza). The original actually wasn't a Triolet because it didn't have the rhyming lines. Anyway, maybe it doesn't work..but I like it.
Yea, the original was better, the repetition just doesn't work here.
Thanks "god's wife",I'm flattered by your crush on me.
There once was an asshat named Doug
Inept, contemptible and smug
His comments were shallow
His poems rank and callow
His mind? As "torped" as mud
Zody are you trying to be funny or are you actually an unbalanced
,pederastic underwit?
You know, I've read this quite a few times now, and I like the first two stanza's, but I lost it or you lost it when you started in on the chorus. Could you try to find what you had when you started this and continue it as more of a poem than a song?
Good image though, I guess you aren't as bad a poet as you think.
Hmm, didn't even think of that. Just thinking about him.
Are you actually serious? What is this delirious drivel
supposed to be anyway?Does Elvis live in your trailer park?
Did he help you compose this daft hypothesis?
Though I rather enjoyed reading it.
Thanks
father's day?
