Thanks. Yes, it is fairly meaningless but I thought it was amusing. Oh and by the way, my mother is that and so much more.

Ha. Your comment gave me a good laugh.

I like you.

Well aren't you rude. At least I got a three, could be worse. I really don't believe that your suggestion to hang myself with my chain wallet was necessary at all. Actually, the guitar player was white .. and I believe most of the playlist consisted of Tom Petty songs.

Kurt Cobain .. hate the guy, honestly.

And I don't have an eyebrow piercing.

Yet.

I am cool. Get over it.

Yes.

They certainly do.

Oh. Okay.

Damn.

Now I think it's depressing.

Care to tell me why it is depressing?

I should get the poem tatooed on my tongue .. but then again I am a child and my mommy dearest wouldn't let me, so for now I'll just carve the poem into my arm, sound good? ;)

Hm. I didn't realize that poetry had to have a purpose. I mean for me, poetry is just how I get my feelings out. I don't write to entertain others or make them sit down and think about life.

And I'm not sure that you should ...

Well the way I look at it is, everyone else that has read the poem understood it quite well. Now if Jay is unable to read it and get it, that's really a personal problem.

lol. well it wouldn't stop crying ... i had to.

(note: i never actually hurt an infant .. that actually refers to the september 11 mixture of the poem)

well my dear sweet jay ... that makes me happy. if my poetry is too hard to understand then i'm doing something right. but for your sake, allow me to explain. this poem is a mixture of things. one - september 11. two - my own personal experience with fights. if it still makes no sense, well then it never will.
replying on sexy by elizabethann 13 Mar 2003, 2:41 PM
lol. ok. well i wasn't aware that it was an attempt at self-loving, but ok. oh and i do have issues about my body. but then again, i've never met anyone who doesn't. and the unpretty song is good - in my opinion. maybe that explains it, right?
replying on sexy by elizabethann 13 Mar 2003, 2:16 PM
i don't think you're really understanding it. i don't feel bad about myself because i'm not his definition of sexy. i don't want to change a damn thing about me. this poem is about me being happy who i am and accepting the fact that i'm not nessecarily "sexy".

It is about the events of September 11 and how I feel that it was turned into a publicity stunt.
