Slightly disappointed DQ (not the poem but the footnote)
Don Quixote would never apologize, too immersed in what he is to be anything but brave.
Sometimes we are what we are, expectant filter be damned. A 0 until you remove the apology. :)
A lovely tale.
yeah.. clits are nice to toke on. nice title modification.
I will have you know I invented the wicky chicky wah, and deserve to be "". Thank you and good riddance.
I gave you the two for your two wisepears.
Yes, pin the tail on the Donkey has never been better. Until last night when a cake popped out of the stripper already blown out, and me and mine left no tip unshined.
There is always an end to the means
chaos isnt something a vulcan can comprehend.. but a dreamer lives the chaos realm! heh.
I am a Mcdonald's mop in the hand of a brass name tagged manager pushimg for overtime and a new 10,000$ muffler for my 5,000$ rice wok.
Very well done! -9- Not only does this work flow nicely it conveys a powerful message that contains truth and honesty. There are alot of poems on this site that are well crafted but leave me asking " clever but so what"? This work left me saying "right on"!!
(I'm currently drunk so take my words at that).
I really like the idea behind this poem, so humor me supreme. I think the use of 'stooped' in the first stanza is not a strong enough descriptor. I also think that the second stanza (the double use of leaves in particular) actually cheapens the sentiment behind what you are getting at.
We can all only wish that our poems weather like stone: lasting a mortal eternity, yet yielding to the wisdom of of those who tread after.

I give you a 9 because spelling never matters much in my book! :)

Yeah, I can edit it for you tomorrow. It needs quite a bit of work, but it's a good start.
Geez, that's what I call a snickers break.
Powerful stuff
Yeah, I know what you mean. I was once a part of a cubicle community. I think you should call them proletarians. I didn't like the " 'round noon-time" part. I though noon-time was a New England saying (as if noon were something other than a time).
