I actually like this. the last stanza seems a bit out of the blue, but all together it's nice.

Bleh. It's time foryou to whip out the shakespeare during P.E. Tell the teacher you've had an inspiration and can't be bothered with push-ups or running 4 times around the track. Also socrates is waiting for you under the tree at lunch time. Pick him up and dust him off. Have you read The Little Prince?

So your 12. Fantastic your poem needs a little help, but I can't imagine my son writing anything close so I'll give you 4 for the poem and 3 for having the courage to write poetry. Post some more. The second line seems to have a typo, or did you mean to leave the 's' off of think and he? Try writing this without having to rhyme. I'm curious to see what that looks like.

alright. lets get started. 1) the passion of the moment is definitely present 2) the piece suffers though regretfully, from a lack of maturity. not in life so to speak but in the writing technique 3) i enjoyed it for a second or two and that's how long it took to read it which serves it well 4) avoid the words "soul" "spirit" "angel [any shape or form]" and "crucify" unless we can film it, not the actual function that the word serves mind you, but it's immediate use...find a more descriptive way to say them for instance ("burn" is bad too, avoid that word) angel could be more specific because every angel has a name like malekia or suffulvi. then, lets see....oh i know crucify could be quarter, and burn could be fry or scorch, molt, singe, blaze. the ever favorite torch! and of course spontaneously-combust...demons, can be ahhhhhhh more labeled too like mephistopholes, and orcus and demigorgon, geyron,.....many many more...what # was i on now...fuck it. here...take a 7. and everyone knows that jesus was a necromancer for christ sake...that's all he ever did man he was a zombie chauffer from the get go. what else is knew. read the dead sea scrolls then buy some tic tacs..i'll come give you another kiss later.7.g

it's because he wrote it when he was in his coyote face. lol! what a crock of shite...i mean overall it's fine and all..it rolls off of the tongue and is a bit predictable..it's quite old and has that fresh out of highschool "what do i do now" sort of immature smell. oh well. we all started somewhere, but i wont vote. just because that would be the most caddish move for me yet today..other than talking to myself. a

You opened your eyes before you got to 100. No fair, start over. Go back in there and write the rest of this poem please. Be specific. What makes you wonder?
god'swife on some deleted poem 13 Nov 2002, 11:59 AM
This is awesome. To me you are speaking to Christ. It does not matter if you intended it so. To me it speaks of my struggle. Excellent. Though 'two wrists' sounds redundant, in a way, could it be each wrist?

jack the rippers tools of choice. a cock, a scalpel, and of course, the bone saw. piano string the neck? indeed. but above all it comes down to charisma for money and the woman in between....sugar wins the fly, but i sir, am a mantis. praying for you. have a six. good morning, and nice tie. christmas present? exactly.

and also the title is pompous and it blows just a bit. sorry but it should be anything but "me" unless you want to come across as being a pretentious squidly....how about "liver spots" instead, ,or "toothache".

bullshit. 7/10 is what it deserves simply because 'if you sing it out loud' some of the timings are fucked man period...not that it's not great..symbolically and all that jazz..it just..well... it would throw a singer off, and get him/her crossing shit out and adding their own words and stuff (that should be avoided at all costs)...and that becomes a nightmare for everyone involved.7.
