You and your date had more respect than your friend and her boyfriend.
Interesting, 'snaps' seems wrong somehow. Do try and cheer up.
A poem that passes judgement on itself is a novelty, if not a very good one.
This poem has the case of the blue balls. Tell me more.
"bra closure" - how sexy...
Thanks for your comments, I am sorry you are unable to see what the poem is about, but please don't assume that because you haven't seen something yet that it doesn't exist, this is a route that prohibits learning
The first three lines introduce a worthy theme, something I wanted to see evolve. But the rest is only music, I'm afraid, good rhythm and rhyme. I enjoy music, but far more when it carries something.
oooh sexy
How can a friend be un-bias (unbiased)?
Do you mean to call her a witch?
Haven't been camping for 40 years but this resonates. It is one of 'those' moments that can happen anywhere when you are with 'that' person. Here in LA it could happen at the Mark Taper, in S.F at 'the baths' or in Texas at a barbeque. It needs a bit of tightening to be a -10-.
A nice read, I think it is batter's box however. Personally I think it would be more catching with rhymes, but then I am biased.
I liked the last 1.5 lines the best. The toenail of God doesn't seem to harmonise, and I fail to understand why most of the line breaks are where they are. But it was an interesting read.
Some interesting imagery
Why do I feel no pain over this? Oh yes, it's because my Naturalizer pumps are both comfortable and stylish.
Thanks for the nice comments, everyone. I'll think what to do with the shower line. You're right, it's clunky.
Of course you don't *need* to assert it. I don't *need* to wear Westbury suits. But I do so anyway because they are superior to other brands. If you have greater worth, it is inherently desirable to make others recognise the greatness of your worth, then watch as they become painfully aware of their own shortcomings. Only then can you bask in the swollen crotch of an ectsasy.
If you have greater worth, then you have no need to assert it, and therefore no need to write.
By the way, if you'd even bothered to search google for the phrase "plums in your mouth" or variations, you could have avoided all this weeping and gnashing, because you would have realised a) what it meant b) that it's a common phrase c) that your thick.
Wrong. Writing is a means of asserting your greater worth over people of lesser worth.
