Verifiability is important in the context of the verifiability of theories of existence. Not in theories of existence per se.

No, the real problem starts with colons like you. You are unwilling or unable to develop an argument beyond one or two mystical lines which are too vague to be properly argued about, so you just sprinkle as many of these about as possible. Please stop.

Read further in your Derrida. There is no physical to speak of, only language, so worrying about "the physical" makes no damn sense. You might as well just call language-constructs the physical and go on from there, which will at least get you through your seventy-odd years on Earth. Saying "there is some 'real' physical which can't be matched to anyone's language-physical" is a crap way to go about things. My language says there's a thing called "gravity" which causes objects to "fall" towards an object of greater "mass". However artificial and arbitrary that is, it at least gives me some idea which direction I'll go if I take a running leap off a cliff.

The scientific proof is that one can measure changes at the information processing level of the brain before the consciousness's corollary is reported. Source of the poets vision: Language, one can never hope to use language to (literally!) match the physical. One can make representations, study relationships.

I love subtlety and I find the use of semicolons to accent the meaning of the words a perfect fit. Incredible imagery. *10* This is my favorite poem in a while.

The Eagles song goes like this: I like the cheatin' kind of women, Which all women are, and terminally numb; She's going to her sorry-ass man's for some sinnin' While I sit at home, 'cause I'm dumb. The Tool song goes like this: Forsaken's "poetry" times infinity.

Android Bjork 69ing another android Bjork has to be the second most arousing thing I've ever seen, after CLS's website photos. The 1st "snare" remix of AIFOL is the best. Bjork I can understand some, but Tool and Eagles??? They've only written one song each!! Come on!
Shuushin replying on American Idle by wilco 5 May 2004, 8:17 AM
Under the category of "overshare": Most definitely - I own it, and the rest of her videos, and something like 200 remixes and original versions of her songs. I have really three favorite musical artists and they are: Tool Eagles Bjork (this includes A Perfect Circle and Henley, natch).
I fail to see the connection between the two limericks, but I do not see a real need for connection... after all we can only post every 2 days. Funny limericks.

I don't think she's your type. Have you seen the video for "All Is Full of Love"?
I love it. There are far too many poetry snobs and pedants on this site. I say fuck poetry.
