I shall stand impartially by while the two of you debate this important issue. I shall be judge if you wish, uninfluenced by your forthcoming comments and votes on my recent posting.
Iambic pentameter. It's 14 lines and pentameter. Though Nikki Giovanni, I think, credits herself with inventing the 'broken sonnet' a deconstructed or subverted form that is not strictly metered, for the political purpose of showing that black people can steal white peoples' art forms too - but why would they want to?
Class dismissed.
How about a trade? We've got a five-song demo cd that should be finished by the end of the weekend. That works out to $1 per song of mine (or $1.25 for 4 tracks and a free dub remix), which I can promise you is a bargain.
By the way, I think The Werewolves is such a better name than Blue Collar Beat.
That depends, both, I have a band called the Werewolves, and I do solo shows. Mostly, it's always been just me and some friends in the studio, but over the years we've gotten better, and are starting to get some college play and so on.
you can e mail me at horus8j@yahoo.com and leave me your info and we'll keep you informed. I believe we are planning something for the east coast this summer, but I always say that and it falls through, so who knows. We are having a five dollar cd sale currently on both discs.

Do you have a band, or is it just you on stage? I'm genuinely curious, and can't tell from the reviews I've read. I wish I could hear your 'material' but I lack all kinds of capability on my home computer and don't have speakers or mp3/wav players on my work computer. If you send me a CD for free, though, I'll let you keep the rest of the standard fan pack, including official Jeremi B denim-jacket patch, sunvisor, and signed glossy head-shot (I mean glossy shot, not glossy... never mind.) Also, do you ever come to the East Coast, or is it just the Strip and such? Really, I'm actually interested. -10-
No, you're not a "flaming bullshit poeser"; you're a "deep and meaningful poete" -10-
"What does your heart tell you?" - you've been waiting to say that all day.
Or perhaps a Loation from Chaos?
'I wonder if this site has spoiled me' - I thought it was a reference to p/r. Yes.
What does your heart tell you?
is poetry.com a scam? I've been hearing it is.. and I've been hearing it isn't .. which is it?!
get it now, it was the line breaks that put me off.

neither wearing socks - sounds like they have just done some of what crystal lane swift talks about a lot.
Close?
Like I can read korean and symbols on my wrists and the idea of poison from a mercury thermometer.
A couple of picks:
No real need for 'I wonder if this site has spoiled me' the symbolism works without.
Don't really understand how this follows on: 'Instead of dancing, Getting drunk and throwing up, There are imaginists.'
the picture it paints for me is that the government is racist, and the high flying leaders are looking down upon people and laughing at them
