My friend, it has been a long journey through words.
I've assumed many forms and views, staggered in the mud, strayed from my preconceptions, etc- while getting to know my strengths/flaws.
I've become confident of my abilities after being beaten & chastised to the max, even now- but honestly? I hope folks keep pounding the wooden hammer, wouldn't feel right otherwise.
Being told that I've become a good writer? Well, feels wierd- can't complain though, and DA will make sure it doesn't get to my head.
But group hugs must go- much too disturbing for my senses. ;]
Like the bit about the islands, kind of makes me think about politicians in northern ireland. Funerals for political murders,usual suspects, turning up, blaming eachother, not breaking the cycle.
Possibly needs to be a bit more clear how islands move together works as a metaphor, or is it figurative for the leaders?

perhaps you can see a "new winged one' at the cathedral of Notre Dame, she will come back speewing some hot tar out of her mouth/fingers I hope. This is not a test...believe me in the real "Jungle" the roarings are spine tingling, and the smell of monkey shit slinging is a nauseating reality, this is a fun arena..really! sighhhh.

Found this absorbin i/t ! I know i'm looking in to this too deep but the line - high class in to deep atlantic made me think.
High class people are deemed to be shallow, cold water is deep, can you find the antonym?
Other than that it was all hits in the right places and it's a very layered poem - 8 = B+ = :0)
A big box of mumbo-jumbo. If dug into, sorted and organized, a poem can be had. Find more nasty effects of the tea. tea is bad. tea is bad. show me why. don't just say "it eats brain cells" do some research.

Some interesting lines but it's FUBAR in many places, seperate in to stanzas the changes of direction and that will not terrorize the eyes so much. - no vote yet

I have to say it's been agres since i last read you and in that time you have evolved in to a good writer with a modern style to drag poetry in to the year of your user name. S2-4 are exquisite. Here's a midas number :-) Happy to see poemranker making reasons for nentwined to be happy that he's creating good poems.
