أن يتم إقرار خطة خارطة الطريق في مجلس الأمن لتصبح ملزمة للأطراف المعنية. وعقب لقائه وزير الخارجية المصري أحمد ماهر في اجتماع ضم أيضا المبعوث الروسي الجديد ألكسندر كالوجين، أكد فيدوفين على أهمية وجود آلية مراقبة من ممثلين عن اللجنة الرباعية لضمان تنفيذ خارطة الطريق. وعلى الصعيد الميداني اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي خمسة من كوادر حركة الجهاد الإسلامي في بلدة عرابة جنوب مدينة جنين. وذكرت

Somewhat understated, yet I enjoyed the subtext - this bit, "ألكسندر كالوجين، أكد فيدوفين على" is a fairly unusual usage, and I always like that kind of thing.

Small nit: "الإسر" should be "سرالإسر"

Have you actually tried translating this online? Not on Babelfish. Ajeeb.com is the only place I found and it costs money for anything larger than 100 some characters. Assuming one doesn't have $30 spare to piss away, then one must attempt to translate it manually, which is difficult.

Okay now I'll shut up, but only if you promise to get an enema.
