Perhaps the title? "Golden Court of the Stone Dowager" perhaps. Are the ghosts really the focus or is it more of the emotion of being in the place itself? But there's something about this poem that makes me care a great deal about its title, that's for sure. Lovely.
Did you hear about the time I rhymed Hep c with pepsi? Let me tell you... It was a popper.

Is fool's parsley some sort of plant which can be easily mistaken for real parsley, but has none of the advantagous properties of parsley?
So rife with clerical errors and rancid splats of cack that after absorbing this secretion I think I'm going to have to have a lie down. Yet again you prove yourself the master of giving bloated pieces absurdly pretentious and insipidly whimsical titles. "Diary of a Hayseed" my arse. No doubt this piece was intended to 'decorate the reader's window' with a beautiful collage of midwestern serenity. But after the appalling ending, made even worse by the painful, yet touchingly poignant use of an ellipsis, the only thing decorating my window was a giant shower of vomit...

two thumbs up, wish I could express myself through poem more
Oh me oh my! A thing of beauty is a thing of beauty. May God's righteous rod (oh my) raise ye up (and down) and up (and down). Ah--did you fudge a few marks you profess to hit? Where's the suicide or self mutilation, hmm? You fall a little short in the self-referential/reverential overuse of "I" (although I suppose--wait, really really very very good works, nebbermind). I don't know whether to give you a 10 or a zero--which would you prefer?
Like a headbutt from the lead singer of Insane Clown Posse. It certainly has my attention, but I wouldn't rate it highly. Yeshua was complex, and the only harness he wore was of humility, if the old tales can be said to have any truth to them. Take a nice bath. Try epsom salts. Then have some ice cream. With cherry sauce. As for those decayed lips, you might want to see a doctor.

Starts quite strong, but then unravels towards the end in cliche imagery.
Yesterday, i sold my lips for a pair of matching butresses.
If you collect together 17 haikus, you can make a Haiku Haiku (e.g. see "A Haiku Haiku"). It takes 289 haikus to make a haiku hakiu haiku, but I havn't managed this yet. In theory, it would be possible to construct a haiku haiku haiku haiku, but that would require 4913 haikus, which is more haikus than the human brain can safely process. -6-
