Minus the ampersand, this is decent. But maybe it is the fact you like the Eels, who are quite possibly the most underrated band ever. Who knows?

i do not. mind you. the thing is. i was an idiot to give them the weapons to destroy me with, but i'm a sucker for people with great minds and talent. if they want to low ball me with something as trite as biceps and haircuts, of course i'm going to be pissed. i happen to be more committed to what i've achieved without brawn, to what i've achieved with it...i can't help it if this world revolves around britney's tits, and not her jewish song writer's mind. i'm working against that too, and i don't enjoy being condemned for it, nor does my best friend and co-songwriter.

This poem must be fucking brilliant if it can instigate such emotions in people. It definately doesn't deserve to be taken off. If I may be so bold as to put forward my humble opinion, I don't disagree with Christianity. I'm not religious, because I'm not sure what to believe in. However, I don't agree that America is a force of peace across the world-in fact, America and the West contributes hugely to the world's problems. For example, how about Iraq? Sure Saddam is insane and dangerous, but America is so determined to invade for their own purposes that they are willing to endanger the world. And who is currently oppressing other Middle-Eastern nations so the only way they can respond is through terrorism? It seems obvious to me that the large percentage of America doesn't give a fuck about the outside world because they're happy to keep their cheap oil and not have to waste time saving the rainforest-and therefore the world. That's my rant over, sorry it took so long, but it's an issue I take very seriously, and would like to hear the American view on this. If I'm drastically wrong on this, then please let me know, but I don't think I am.

Hi, I think this is pretty good but in my opinion it suffers because of the repitition, not of the first line, which works, but a few other lines and concepts are repeated in a way that seems unnecessary to me. Still a good effort.
