I have to say that 'Far from the madding crowd' is perhaps the most tedious, boring, long, boring, long, tedious piece of writing I have ever been forced to read.
Satellite.
Ok, I know nothing about painting, and apparently little more about writing, but I'm going to have to agree with brazen on this one. When you are writing fiction or a research artile, revision is great; essential, even. However, pieces such as this one are meant to tell a story of emotions - describing how you felt at the precise moment in which it was written. In my opinion, revising such works later can only serve to tell a different story; not to improve upon the first one.
No joy to read. Improves slighty as you go, but no go. Dogs in deep trances? What dinner show is that?
Shouldn't there be a comma after <same>? Also <that> seems unnecessary.
Choppy. Polish won't add to her shine? Dreadful analogy to lay on a person.
You're beginning analogy is anything but poetic. May I suggest a Brazilian wax to rid her of those pokey sharps and splinters. Stupid. By the way this "thing" you've posted makes it glaringly obvious you are a terrible lay. 1.... which is more than those poor 48 would rank you in bed.
Oh worshipper of the sacred Budda, go back to the creamery. What this is is what it was and shall forever be, caca.
Superior literature my ass. This is stuff they teach you in high school. Besides being rather a yawner in the grand tradition of Hardy the writing falls into the christof school of lacking Umph!!!
The poem lacks experience. Oh well, nice try.
I thought it was great. It put a smile on my face and thought some may call it "choppy" I thought the form worked great for this one.
Bravo!I liked it very much.you have expressed the feeling very truly.(just i think after the case of girlfriend poem ends unexpectedly.Did you mean it?)10
WTF!? Now the chimney.
Was he 'half the man' because he had lost his starboard buttock during a disastrous BUMIKAZI raid on an enemy wessel? Was he 'twice the man' because this had gained him experience +3?
Wow, that's... angry. But effective.
How I miss these words, endlessly intriguing me all those years ago. Beautiful.
