Obviously you have never seen Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Your opinions on all matters are therefore void.
very interesting... i like it
Of course. They are a constant source of inspiration to me. I must graciously extend my most humble apologies if I have offended you with my question. I suppose that I didn't understand that you were referring to yourself. :o)
You see, there would be no limit to how tall you could be if all that you wanted to do was jump. To leap (a feat that I associate with small "low-to-the-ground" beings such as frogs, midgets, leprechauns, etc.) you would need to be, as mentioned, low to the ground. If you grew to extreme heights, I imagine that it would be impossible to leap....that you would simply jump.
plus, i think stuff that doesnt rhyme is maddening. it's called different opinions. i've never written anyting that doesn't rhyme.
i was drunk, and need some lyrics to sing so i could join in on the jammin going on in my friends basement.
I wank, does that count?
is you wankster too?
That was either my genius or my mistake.
Same one Nentwined was talking about:
"you've mastered the haiku poem"
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
unless someone wants to convince me "poem" is one syllable.
AABBCC... rhyming is maddening - it really is.
A good exercise - writing this stuff will help you to write the things people want to read.
I think your search for alliteration and rhyme put a slight, likely unintentional, comedic twist to the thing.
It is difficult to take such a thing seriously when it rhymes too conveniently.
The only examples I can think of involve war.
is there a missing word in the next to last line?
I can't imagine anyone too tall to leap.
How does that work?
What 8 syllable line?
thank you...
with appreciation,
sarah
