Ten! Yes! Ten!
Why couldn't the Arnie poem have been as good as this?

Not bad at all-original too, in a way.

Re: Ambiguous Love Poem For A Girl I Once Knew by poetandknowit 26-Nov-02/6:31 AM
I have a really nasty feeling that this poem could well apply to me in thirty years' time. It's incredibly beautiful, but not what I need at this time.

This isn't actually bad. It actually makes me think this really happens-what's the story?
Re: Friend by MysticalRaven88 27-Nov-02/1:13 AM
This poem must be fucking brilliant if it can instigate such emotions in people. It definately doesn't deserve to be taken off.

If I may be so bold as to put forward my humble opinion, I don't disagree with Christianity. I'm not religious, because I'm not sure what to believe in.
However, I don't agree that America is a force of peace across the world-in fact, America and the West contributes hugely to the world's problems. For example, how about Iraq? Sure Saddam is insane and dangerous, but America is so determined to invade for their own purposes that they are willing to endanger the world.
And who is currently oppressing other Middle-Eastern nations so the only way they can respond is through terrorism?

It seems obvious to me that the large percentage of America doesn't give a fuck about the outside world because they're happy to keep their cheap oil and not have to waste time saving the rainforest-and therefore the world.

That's my rant over, sorry it took so long, but it's an issue I take very seriously, and would like to hear the American view on this. If I'm drastically wrong on this, then please let me know, but I don't think I am.

Woo-bitchin'
How come everyone who's voted 10 decides to be anonymous? Does everyone in the world know horus8? I'd feel proud of that if it were me...
Does the fourth line actually work?

Who was P&K referring to when he told whoever it was to turn off the BBC? Was it me or Red Neck. It was probably me. Does this mean we're not allowed opinions? Please educate me in America's purposes in their actions in the Middle East. I really need to know just why I sound like a dork.
