You realise that first of all, you're using couplets and then alternate rhyming lines? And you've put a lowercase 'i' when you mean 'I'. It's kind of nice, in a pastiche of nineteenth century poetry. Although the piece of rock bit was rather a blooper.

Wow!! That's indeed one of the most unique poems I've read in any of the poetry sites. Not flawless definitely, but better than most stuff.

Flowed pretty well towards the end but there was something wrong with the flow initially. Honestly, the 2nd line needs work.
Good work though, I love acrostics. I have many of my own. Hopefully I'd post them soon.
He is perfectly entitled to entitle his carrot poem however he likes. However, upon seeing the title a fellow vegetable fanatic may thrill with excitement at the prospect of a poem on his beloved subject. Imagine his disappointment though, when it turns out only to concern carrots! For while a carrot is unquestionably a vegetable, there is so much more to see in the world of the greengrocer.
